We are seeking entrepreneurial individual(s) to help us start and develop the new business. We can consider a flexible approach to taking the venture forward and we see a need for services in support of life challenges for those with autism/aspergers/psychosis and related mental health and behavioural issues as well as in the occupational therapy field. 

Specialist in autism spectrum -We are seeking a therapist/specialist teacher/professional with experience in the support of those with behavioural issues related to the autism/aspergers spectrum and possibly psychosis/mental health/behavioural conditions that might benefit from being in a rural environment.

O/T – We are seeking an occupational therapist with experience in the neurological field notably brain trauma, physical/mobility impairments/injury/stroke and associated psychological and behavioural/mental health issues.

Knowledge of the current provisions, NHS, third sector, LSC and social services support would be an advantage. We are looking for individuals who can take a senior management role in the establishment of the business, recruitment of clients, design and conduct of personalised programmes and assessment of outcomes. There will be comprehensive support in terms of management and facilities and we welcome individuals who want to be influential in the development of the venture.

 We are a Not for Profit venture and initial funds are scant but we can offer a modest  short term consultancy contract to someone able to make a start with us with the intention of building revenues and leading to a part/full time/consultancy position to suit the individual and client case load.
